Here are ways to give your skin love today: daily cleansing, regular moisturizing, sun protection, balanced diet, proper hydration, sufficient sleep, stress management, gentle skincare routine, avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol intake, and regular skincare check-ups from your massage therapist or doctor.
